Hummus Sandwich| Bread Sandwich|Quick Evening Snack

This hummus sandwich can be prepared easily at home. This is ideal for those lazy weekend brunches

- Soak a handful of chickpeas overnight and boil them
- Add chopped garlic, chopped green chilies, roasted sesame seeds (or tahini paste), virgin olive oil, a teaspoon of lemon juice and salt to taste
- Make a paste of this mixture in you mixer, your hummus is ready! You can store hummus in refrigerator in an air tight container for a week
- To prepare the sandwich, take lettuce, slices of tomato, cucumber and onion. Apply hummus on bread, add these vegetable slices and toast it till brown!
