This mouth watering and healthy snack can be prepared easily by:

- soak a handful of Bengal gram in water and leave it 5-6 hours.
- Add salt and boil it in pressure cooker for 10 minutes. It should become soft
- Chop cucumber, tomato and onion. Add a pinch of black salt, red chilly powder and toss it
- Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1 tbsp. of olive oil for that mouthwatering taste
